Yorkshire & Derbyshire League Cup - SUSCC beat Laycocks and progress to the semi-final which will be away against Holmesfield on 8th August. Laycocks 89 all out (Barnardas Khan 16-4, Graham Shepard 21-4), SUSCC 90-4 (Dave Needham 52 NO).

Mid-week team only has 8 players and suffers it's (probably!) worst ever defeat against Caribbean. Caribbean 155 from 13 8-ball overs, SUSCC 11 all out.

Yorkshire & Derbyshire League Cup - SUSCC score their largest total for many years away against Richland Wanderers. SUSCC 342-6 from 40 overs (Paul Kerry 138, Dave Needham 69, John Hibbert 64), Richland Wanderers 150 all out from 38 overs.

2nd June 2004
Mid-week team only has 10 players including young George Fairburn, but still manages to pull off a great victory in the last over against Waterworks away at Hallam. SUSCC 125-5 from 14 8-ball overs (Paul Kerry 53 NO), Waterworks 123 all out. Andy Fairburn bowling the last two Waterworks batsmen out with his first two balls of the last over.
